Compensation: $100-$150 per hour

We are seeking experienced banking professionals to contribute to a research initiative with a leading AI lab focused on developing advanced foundational models. In this role, you will apply your on-desk banking experience to support the evaluation and refinement of financial reasoning and analytical content used to train next-generation AI systems.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong exposure to banking operations, financial analysis, and deal execution who are looking to leverage their expertise in a flexible, project-based environment.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Review and assess financial and banking-related content for accuracy, quality, and analytical rigor
• Apply practical banking knowledge to evaluate financial scenarios and outputs
• Provide structured feedback to improve clarity, correctness, and depth of analysis
• Support the development and refinement of high-quality financial reasoning materials
• Collaborate within a remote, asynchronous environment while following defined evaluation frameworks

Who You Are

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in banking (must be hands-on, on-desk experience; academic experience not considered)
• Background in investment banking, corporate banking, commercial banking, or related financial services
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Eligibility

• Candidates must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or Europe

Vetting Process

• Completion of a technical assessment (under 2 hours) designed to evaluate financial expertise and analytical ability

• Independent contractor role
• Fully remote with a flexible, self-managed schedule
• Project duration may vary based on performance and business needs

Compensation & Payments
