About the Role

Our award winning, peer and industry recognised Banking and Finance practice continues to grow and we are seeking a talented Associate to join the practice in our Perth office.

Our core strengths are in Property & Construction Finance, Corporate Finance, Acquisition & Leveraged Finance and Project Finance and you will have the opportunity to:

• Work directly with market leading Partners;
• Work in a close and collegial team environment on complex and sophisticated matters;
• Work autonomously with plenty of direct client contact on matters where you do not require as much assistance from a Partner;

We are predominantly a loan markets practice and advise corporate and institutional lenders and borrowers on various debt arrangements. Whilst we are ever-increasingly acting for Dentons’ global clients on cross border matters, we have an unwavering commitment to our Australian clients who include major Australian banks as well as a number of private lenders, investment managers and private developers.

About You

We are interested in hearing from lawyer with between 3 and 5 years’ PQE gained in any one or more of the abovementioned areas of Banking & Finance law.

You will be passionate about what you do, keen to learn the craft and ready to embrace the opportunities that we will provide to you. You will ideally:

• be entrepreneurial, proactive and self-motivated; and
• possess the desire to consistently exceed client expectations from a product and service perspective.
