Job Description

Position: Banking Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Banking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.

As a Banking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients in the banking industry. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, while ensuring their satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time position, with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Stay updated on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience

- Meet and exceed set targets and goals, such as customer satisfaction and retention rates

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the banking industry

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if needed
