Job Description

Job Title: Banking Customer Service Representative

RayaCX is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Banking Customer Service Representative in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and development within our company.

As a Banking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in the banking industry. Your main duties will include assisting customers with their banking needs, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will also be responsible for promoting and cross-selling banking products and services to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Assist customers with their banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers

- Educate customers on banking products and services and cross-sell to meet sales targets

- Process loan applications and open new accounts for customers

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues

- Keep up-to-date with changes and developments in the banking industry

- Meet and exceed performance targets set by the company

- Adhere to all banking regulations and policies to ensure compliance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software

- Fluent in English and Arabic

- Strong sales skills and the ability to meet targets
