Scope and Purpose

• To support the Banking Applications Team Leader in creation and update of the rules and technical guides for the applications related to the multi channels and CRM systems.
• To support the Banking Applications Team Leader in creation and update of the rules and technical guides for the applications related to the core banking system.
• To provide second level support for the resolution of problems linked to multi channels and CRM systems applications.
• To provide second level support for the resolution of problems linked to core banking system applications.
• To supervise the maintenance of multi channels and CRM applications, which consists of ICT systems related to branches, direct channels, loans, securities and asset management, in line with the internal clients’ needs, Bank standards and procedures and in coherence with the ICT security business continuity requirements.
• To supervise the maintenance of the applications of the core banking system in line with the internal clients’ needs, Bank standards and procedures and in coherence with the ICT security business continuity requirements.
• To be fully conversant with Bank Rules and operating procedures as they relate to his/her area of work.
• To undertake other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Required skills, qualifications and knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience with banking applications such as Flexcube, OBPM, OBDX is a plus.
• Knowledge on financial concepts, especially related to banking products and services. Working experience in IT banking sector is preferred
• Good orientation on different front-end applications usability and troubleshooting
• Basic RDBMS querying skills (PLSQL).
• Problem Solving and Self-Learning capabilities
• Very good communication skills
• Fluency in English
