Cygnet Group are looking for a confident and compassionate Bank Learning Disabilities Support Worker with at least 12 months’ experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities to join our team at Marion House & Conifers.

This flexible bank contract allows you to pick up 12‑hour shifts around your weekly availability — including day shifts (7:45 am–8 pm) and night shifts (7:45 pm–8 am) — giving you the freedom to work in a way that suits your lifestyle.

Marion House is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and moderate to severe learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment, promoting independence and community integration. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do, based on each person’s specific needs. We understand that consistency and continuity of care is important for the people we support.

Conifers is a specialist residential home providing outcome-focused care for adults with a primary diagnosis of profound to moderate learning disability and autism with associated complex needs.

Your Day‑to‑Day

  • Offer enhanced, person‑centred care with a flexible learning approach

  • Provide emotional and physical support with guidance and encouragement

  • Learn each individual’s needs and support them in the most appropriate way

  • Assist with medical and welfare needs

  • Record and report on health and well-being

  • Safeguard and protect the people in our care

  • Maintain a safe, clean and positive environment
