Riddrie House is looking to recruit a Bank Support Worker to join the team.
Riddrie House is a 32 bedded rehabilitation service for adults with enduring mental health needs. We offer a unique service that is challenging and rewarding to work in. It offers the opportunity to be involved in supporting service users to live their best lives.
What you'll be doing
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, supporting with care requirements, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
- Through own professional behaviour, including adhering to policies and procedures, contributes to the maintenance of safety, security and confidentiality standards.
- To undertake key working responsibility for individual service users, supporting the individual to plan goals and personal outcomes and ensure that these are comprehensively documented and reviewed. Innovation
- The role holder should have a flexible and innovative approach to their work and be able to facilitate and support service users in decision making, promoting choice and involvement at all times. Value
- The role holder should present the service in a positive light and should be proactive in making suggestions for how to improve the service.
