Physiotherapy Assistant | Physiotherapy | Band 3 Equivalent | Manchester | Bank

Spire Manchester are now recruiting a Physiotherapy Assistant, to join our experienced and dynamic team. Working with a registered Physiotherapist primarily on the ward you will be able to develop your clinical skills in a modern and supportive environment.

You will be able to develop your clinical skills in a modern and progressive environment. The Manchester team currently consists of over 800 colleagues and we are rapidly expanding as we increase the scope of services we provide across our experienced and dynamic teams.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assisting Registered Physio’s on the ward
• Progressing patient mobility after surgery and discharging patients
• Assist with exercise classes
• Provide a high level of customer service to all patients, consultants and hospital teams
• Stock Replenishment and ordering equipment
• Assess the health and wellbeing needs of people whose needs are relatively stable and consistent
• Help to maintain high standards of cleanliness in the Physio department
• Support administrative team

Who we're looking for

• You must have experience in a previous Physiotherapy Assistant role
• A good level of IT skills
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• You must be able to provide exceptional patient care
