We're looking for a motivated Leader with exceptional communication skills to join our Queenstown and Wanaka Teams at Kiwibank. At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following

• Experience and knowledge of the Banking or the financial industry.
• You'll need a successful track record of leading and developing teams in a retail sales environment.
• Strong business development and networking skills are essential, and knowledge of the local market would be an advantage.
• Ability to develop and execute business plans that align with regional territory plans and the company's strategic direction.
• Being highly flexible, resilient, process driven and having a great eye for detail will be an advantage.

Hours are Monday to Friday (08.30 - 17.00) total 40 per week
