We're looking for caring, reliable and motivated Healthcare Assistants to join our Bank team at The Christie Private Care, Manchester. This role offers the opportunity to work flexibly while supporting patients receiving specialist cancer treatment within one of the UK's leading private cancer centres.

At The Christie Private Care, you'll be part of a service dedicated exclusively to cancer care. As a CQC Outstanding-rated facility, The Christie Private Care combines advanced treatments and technology with a personalised approach to care, ensuring every patient receives exceptional clinical treatment and compassionate support.

At HCA UK we care about what you care about. We care that you want to deliver the very best care. We care that you want a career you can be proud of. • Support patients with personal care and activities of daily living while maintaining dignity and respect
  • Assist the nursing team with clinical and non-clinical duties in line with your competencies
  • Monitor and record patient observations, escalating concerns appropriately
  • Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming clinical environment
  • Provide compassionate support to patients and their families throughout their care journey

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate, patient-centred approach to care
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing priorities

Why join us?

Working on our Bank offers the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your availability while remaining part of a supportive and welcoming team. You'll gain exposure to a highly specialised cancer service, work alongside experienced colleagues and contribute to patient care within a world-class clinical environment.
