Bank Admin Clerk - Rowley Hall Hospital - Bank Hours

The role

We are looking to recruit a person to work as part of the Admin Team, to support with a range of tasks including booking of clinics, booking of surgical admissions, scanning on of documents, rescheduling of clinics, general admin etc. You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. You will be expected to deliver a first class service to patients, consultants and colleagues.

Rowley Hall Hospital is one of Staffordshire's leading private hospitals, part of Ramsay Health Care UK, one of the leading independent healthcare providers in England.

The hospital is a Georgian listed building in five acres of Rowley Park, opened in 1987 has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare for patients with health insurance, patients who are self-funding treatment or NHS patients exercising choice through the e-referral system.

What you will bring with you

  • Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent

  • Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including databases

  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day to day basis applying appropriate methods and interpersonal skills

  • Positive, willing attitude

  • Self-motivated and possess strong organisational, interpersonal and above all customer service skills.
