Team/Role Overview:

Bank Network Management (BNM) is part of the Corporate Shared Services organization within the Chief Operating Office (COO). BNM provides best-in-class banking services to our business partners and clients while strengthening regulatory compliance, governance, and control over Citi-owned bank accounts. We achieve this by enforcing the Citi Owned Bank Account and Signatory Management Procedure. BNM’s global functions encompass Relationship Management, Regulatory Compliance, Bank Expense Optimization, Bank Signatory Management (BSM), Agent Bank Risk, Stakeholder Support and Data & Technology Management

The Policy Assurance function within BNM provides holistic support to the Enterprise by facilitating controls that mitigate risk to Citi. This includes maintaining repository for all Citi owned bank accounts, monitoring annual attestation and working with various lines of business to ensure compliance with the Citi Owned Bank Account and Signatory Management Procedure.

As a Bank Account Completeness Oversight Officer, you will oversee the integrity of Citi's owned bank account repository and drive the enterprise's annual account attestation program within Bank Network Management (BNM).

What you'll do:

• Lead execution of the annual Citi-owned bank account attestation program, ensuring compliance with Citi policy requirements across multiple business lines.
• Partner with stakeholders globally to obtain timely account attestations, provide technical guidance, and deliver consistent, high-quality support throughout the attestation process.
• Monitor, investigate, and drive remediation of non-compliant or never-attested accounts, escalating risks and roadblocks to management as appropriate.
• Track, analyze, and report program performance through recurring and ad hoc metrics, dashboards, analytics, and executive-level reporting.
• Perform large-scale data analysis, reporting, user acceptance testing (UAT), and control assessments to support operational effectiveness and governance objectives.
• Maintain account ownership records, procedural documentation, and sustainable control frameworks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and process consistency.
• Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities, addressing root causes of operational gaps and enhancing efficiency, risk management, and stakeholder experience.

What we'll need from you:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 3–5 years of experience in the international financial services industry and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders while delivering accurate, detail-oriented results.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently through strong organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills with minimal supervision.
