high-net-worth banking, as well as its advanced digital banking capabilities.
The client is currently
seeking to recruit
Bancassurance Sales Officers
. The role will
be responsible driving insurance sales through the bank's branch network while
providing customers with appropriate insurance. The successful candidate(s)
will identify new business opportunities, cross-sell insurance products, retain
customers, and build strong relationships with bank staff and clients. The role
also requires monitoring sales performance while ensuring compliance with
insurance regulations and company policies
Key Responsibilities
1.
Drive Insurance Sales;

Promote and sell
bancassurance products, including life, general, medical, and asset insurance.

Achieve monthly, quarterly,
and annual sales targets.

Customer Relationship
Management
-
Identify customers'
insurance needs and recommend suitable products.

Build and maintain strong
relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Provide excellent customer
service throughout the sales and policy lifecycle.
3.
Business Development

Generate new business
opportunities from the bank's customer base.

Conduct customer visits and
follow up on sales leads.

Organize customer awareness
campaigns and insurance product presentations.

Cross-Selling
-
Collaborate with
relationship managers, personal bankers, and branch staff to identify
cross-selling opportunities.

Integrate insurance
solutions into customers' broader financial plans.
5.
Branch Support and Training
-
Train and coach branch
staff on bancassurance products and sales techniques.

Increase staff awareness to
encourage quality referrals.
6.
Sales Pipeline Management
-
Maintain a healthy sales
pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries.

Track leads from referral
to policy issuance.
7.
Compliance and Risk
Management
-
Ensure all sales comply
with regulatory requirements and internal bank policies.

Complete Know Your Customer
(KYC) and other compliance documentation accurately.

Adhere to ethical selling
practices and customer protection guidelines.
8.
Policy Administration

Assist customers with
policy applications and documentation.

Liaise with insurance
partners to facilitate policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims
support.
9.
Reporting
-
Prepare regular sales and
performance reports.

Monitor key performance
indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvement initiatives.
