Your mission

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Brand Activation Coordinator (BAM Coordinator) is a marketing coordinator in charge of content management and adaptation across all functions. They support the Brand Activation Managers (BAMs) in the operational execution of omnichannel marketing activities by coordinating assets, adapting content, managing workflows, and ensuring timely delivery to internal and external stakeholders. The BAM Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the consistency, accuracy, and localization of content across Paid Media, Organic, CRM, and Retail channels—contributing to the successful execution of 360° activation plans. This position is junior-level, focused on execution, organization, follow‑ups, and cross‑functional coordination.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Management & Adaptation

  • Coordinate, adapt, and manage all brand content (offline & online / paid & organic / retail online & offline) following BAM direction.
  • Localize and format assets based on global activation kits and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure correct delivery of final, compliant assets to all internal/external stakeholders (media, retail, commercial teams).
  • Track asset versions, approvals, deadlines, and ensure full alignment across functions.

360° Campaign & Activation Support

  • Support BAMs in the implementation of omnichannel marketing plans.
  • Assist in preparing toolkits, presentations, and material adaptations for campaigns.
  • Coordinate the upload, formatting, and preparation of digital content (web, social, CRM, retailer platforms).
  • Ensure consistency of messages, claims, visuals, and product information across channels.

Agency & Supplier Coordination

  • Support BAMs in preparing briefs for creative, media, and design agencies.
  • Follow up on timelines, deliverables, and feedback rounds.
  • Organize and maintain accurate documentation of assets, suppliers, and project status.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Support purchase orders (POs), invoice processing, and basic budget tracking under BAM supervision.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing materials (POS tools, samples, promotional items).
  • Maintain structured archives of campaigns, content, approvals, and supplier documentation.

Digital & CRM Support

  • Upload/update content on brand websites and retail/e‑retailer platforms.
  • Prepare CRM assets, assist with segmentation files, and coordinate content routing with internal teams.
  • Track CRM deployment timing and ensure consistency with campaign plans.

Retail & B2B2C Execution Support

  • Prepare adapted tools for retail/point-of-sale based on BAM and RAM guidelines.
  • Ensure the correct formatting and delivery of POS assets, banners, circulars, or promotional materials.
  • Support the packaging of “master kits” for commercial or retail teams.

Reporting & Performance Tracking Support

  • Assist in collecting and consolidating performance data (media, CRM, retail, campaign execution).
  • Prepare simple dashboards and summaries for BAMs.
  • Document campaign delivery status and help maintain updated trackers.

Note: All strategic analysis, performance interpretation, forecasting, strategy definition, media planning, and budget ownership remain with the Brand Activation Manager.

Market & Competitor Monitoring

  • Conduct basic industry and competitor desk research.
  • Compile simple competitive summaries and share with BAMs.

KEY SKILLS

Education

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

  • Internship or 0–2 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, digital, or content coordination.
  • FMCG, beauty, or dermo-cosmetics experience is an asset.

Languages

  • English required; French is an advantage.

Computer Skills

  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Familiarity with CMS, CRM, and social media management tools is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
