Your challenge
Your Mission – Digital Sales Focus
As a Digital Sales Intern for the Baltic markets (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the region:
- Engage with customers – communicate in a Baltic language (Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian), prepare offers, follow up on leads
- Support the sales funnel – from first contact to successful deal closing
- Leverage AI tools – work with our sales automation systems to make processes faster and smarter
- Boost customer happiness – ensure buyers and sellers feel supported every step of the way
Your profile
- Enrolled at a non-German Erasmus+ university, ideally near graduation
- Available for a minimum of 6 months in Hamburg
- Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian required; Russian is a strong plus
- Solid English skills for internal communication
- Strong communicator, motivated by reaching goals and helping customers succeed
- Eager to learn and ready to take responsibility from day one
