Are you passionate about great food, exceptional coffee and bringing out the best in others? We’re looking for a Team Leader to help create brilliant bakery experiences for our customers and support our team to thrive.
Working alongside the Bakery Management Team, you’ll take the lead on shifts, set the pace and make sure every customer receives warm, outstanding service. You’ll help colleagues build confidence, uphold our high standards and keep the bakery running smoothly.
As a Team Leader you will:
- Take the lead on shifts and support the team in delivering outstanding service
- Train and coach colleagues to consistently achieve our brand standards
- Make the World’s Best Coffee and prepare our award-winning food with pride
- Maintain high standards of quality, service, food safety and cleanliness
- Support the Management Team with the smooth day-to-day operation of the bakery
- Make the most of colleagues’ strengths and deploy the team effectively to maximise sales

Skills and qualities that we need from you:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within food service, hospitality or retail
- A natural ability to motivate others and lead by example
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
- A positive, dependable and solutions-focused approach
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and adapting when priorities change
- A commitment to quality, teamwork and high standards
