Delta Co-op is hiring for a Bakery Supervisor for our Bakery/Deli Department at our Unity Food Store.
What you'll do:
Supervise daily bakery operations to meet production and quality standards.
Prepare deli and bakery products in accordance with standard recipes, production plans, food safety requirements, and customer orders.
Support training, scheduling, and day-to-day guidance of deli/bakery staff
Support inventory control, ordering, receiving and proper storage, merchandising.
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards are consistently followed.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in retail operations and:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a deli, bakery or food retail environment.
You have strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on food safety and quality.
A team player who enjoys coaching and supporting others.
Flexible and reliable, able to adapt to changing operational needs.
