Are you a night owl with a passion for baking? Join our Dunkin’ team as an Overnight Baker and play a key role in preparing the fresh donuts, and other sweet treats our guests love each morning. In this behind-the-scenes role, you’ll work independently during overnight hours to craft high-quality baked goods with care, consistency, and pride.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including donuts, muffins, and bagels - always fresh, always on time
• Follow Dunkin’ recipes and quality standards with precision and consistency
• Operate commercial baking equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that meets health and safety standards
• Coordinate production timelines to ensure products are ready for the morning rush
• Communicate with your team to stay ahead of demand
• Support store success with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

What You Bring:

• Previous baking or kitchen prep experience (preferred but not required - we’ll train the right fit!)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, overnight environment
• Pride in your work and commitment to quality

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
