We're looking for a baker, chef, or someone with experience across both disciplines to join an independent Japanese-inspired bakery and emerging East Asian dining concept.
This is not a high-volume kitchen focused on maximising covers and chasing profits. We're building something thoughtful, community-focused and quality-driven, and we're looking for someone who wants to play a genuine role in shaping its future.

Founded in 2017, Barfection set out with a vision to support disengaged youth to find their place in the world. Since successfully supporting our first group of learners into employment which consisted of 7 young people from the Liverpool City Region, we now operate in Leeds, London and Manchester supporting 250+ learners a year into employment, providing recruitment support for employers, offering development qualifications for existing staff and developing leadership teams of the future.
