  2. Follow recipes, menus, and production schedules while maintaining standards for quality, presentation, food safety, and sanitation.
  3. Safely prepare baked goods for participants with food allergies and dietary restrictions, following established cross-contact prevention procedures.
  4. Lead bakery production during assigned shifts, including preparing task lists, coordinating work, and providing guidance to seasonal, part-time, on-call, and volunteer staff.
  5. Help monitor inventory, maintain production and food-safety records, and communicate operational needs with culinary leadership.
  6. Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and culturally authentic food experiences as assigned.
  7. Maintain clean, safe, and organized kitchen, bakery, equipment, and food preparation areas.
  8. Support meal service, participant programming, and other Culinary Arts operations as needed.

You'll Thrive Here If You:

  • Take pride in your work and are dependable, organized, and attentive to detail.
  • Communicate effectively and enjoy building positive relationships with others.
  • Are adaptable, take initiative, and are comfortable balancing changing priorities.
  • Find meaning in contributing your skills to the work of a mission-driven organization.
