Wholesale Baker – ButterBoy

We're on the hunt for a skilled Baker to join our high-volume production kitchen. If you love baking, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in consistent, high-quality product — this one's for you. You'll be at the heart of producing our much-loved ButterBoy Cookies and seasonal specials, helping us keep our stockists (and their customers) happy.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and baking quality goods at scale to meet daily production targets
• Weighing ingredients and preparing dough and fillings with precision
• Managing the full batch process — loading, baking, unloading, cooling
• Operating bakery machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Packing, sealing, and labelling product ready for delivery
• Keeping an eye on stock levels and flagging shortages early
• Helping train and support newer team members
• Keeping your section clean, safe, and compliant with food safety standards

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years' experience in a similar high-volume kitchen or bakery
• A commercial cookery/pastry qualification (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Solid knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• A keen eye for detail and consistency
• A team-first attitude and strong communication skills
• Current NSW Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) Certificate
