Job Description
A Baker at Nothing Bundt Cakes is responsible for producing high-quality cakes by strictly following proprietary recipes, maintaining production schedules, and upholding safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Production & Baking: Follows brand recipes and methods to bake various cake sizes and flavors, monitoring ovens to meet production demands.
- Quality Control: Ensures all cakes meet brand standards for texture and appearance.
- Maintenance & Sanitation: Keeps the baking station, equipment, and tools clean and sanitized, including washing pans and utensils.
- Inventory Management: Monitors ingredient levels, assists with inventory, and maintains baking logs.
- Safety & Compliance: Adheres to all food safety and health guidelines.
Requirements
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Often requires early morning, weekend, and holiday availability.
