Our client, a retail company, is seeking a Baker to prepare fresh bakery products while ensuring quality, hygiene, and consistency. The role requires baking experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work early shifts, weekends, and under airport security supervision.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare doughs and batters for various breads, pastries, and baked goods.
• Operate baking equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers, etc.).
• Monitor baking processes and adjust as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking area.
• Assist with stock control and ingredient ordering.
• Ensure all products meet visual and taste quality.
  

Main Requirements:

• Proven experience as a baker.
• Good understanding of food safety regulations.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work early mornings or shifts.

Working Conditions:

• Shift-based work schedule (early mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays).
• Standing for extended periods.
• Work under airport security supervision.
