The Bake Assistant supports the Baker in daily production by preparing ingredients, assisting with baking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This role is essential to delivering fresh, high-quality cakes while upholding food safety and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with prepping ingredients and batter according to recipes and standards
• Support the baking process, including pan preparation, baking, cooling, and storage
• Ensure accurate measurements and consistent product quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas
• Wash and sanitize dishes, tools, and equipment
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
• Assist with inventory organization and restocking supplies
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Willingness to learn and follow processes closely
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Previous baking or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
