Ray-Mont Logistics is a dynamic organization focused on becoming the essential link in the international business logistics supply chain. We provide various operational logistics services such as loading, transportation and storage of surplus products.
Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a permanent full time Bagging Plant Operator to join its vibrant team. The Bagging Plant Operator will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation of the bagging production line as well as preforming cleaning duties.
Your Work Schedule
• Night shift (5PM-5AM)
• 4/3 rotation - working 4 days the first week and 3 days the second week - must be available every second weekend
• Note : training will be done on the day shift (5AM-5PM) for 2 weeks

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Validate the instructions related to production, as well as the requirements set out by the bagging supervisor before the start of the shift
• Make sure to carry out the operational cycle related to the production line, i.e the placement of the bag under the reception hopper and the sewing of the bag
• Ensure that the bags of grain are stacked in the container
• Complete the loading sheets and submit them to the bagging supervisor
• Perform cleaning duties as assigned by the bagging supervisor
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• This is very routine work, but relatively easy to learn and requires workers to maintain a high production rate as we offer bonuses paid per bag.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and move bags of grain and perform cleaning tasks.
