About the Role
We are looking for an experienced BAG and WKPB Administrator to temporarily support the management and quality of municipal basic registrations.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that registrations within the Basic Register of Addresses and Buildings (BAG) and Public Law Restrictions (WKPB) are accurate, complete, up to date, and compliant with applicable legislation.
You will also advise colleagues and departments on registration, addressing, and data-quality matters and contribute to reliable municipal information provision.
Key Responsibilities
BAG Administration
- Manage the accuracy, completeness, and currency of BAG registrations.
- Process and assess changes, feedback, and registration issues.
- Monitor statutory deadlines and data quality.
- Perform quality checks and implement improvement measures.
- Coordinate the ENSIA self-assessment for the BAG.
- Advise colleagues, project leaders, and departments on BAG legislation, addressing, and registration matters.
- Translate changes in legislation and regulations into practical implementation.
- Maintain contact with the Land Registry (Kadaster) and other chain partners.
- Draft and maintain work instructions, procedures, and process descriptions.
WKPB Administration
- Manage the registration of public-law restrictions.
- Process and update restrictions and related decisions.
- Monitor the accuracy, completeness, and currency of WKPB data.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice on WKPB registration issues and processes.
Important: Activities relating to the Naming Committee are explicitly excluded from this assignment
Requirements
The ideal candidate has:
- HBO working and thinking level.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar BAG position
- Thorough knowledge of BAG legislation, regulations, and procedures.
- Knowledge of WKPB and related registration processes.
- Experience with data management, quality control, and process improvement.
- Good understanding of municipal processes within the physical domain.
- Strong written and verbal advisory skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational awareness.
- Experience working within a municipal environment.
