The Role
Join our Operations team and gain hands-on experience with data and CRM tools in a mission-driven environment! It is a great opportunity for a student looking to build real workplace skills. This role is based in Poland.

As a Backoffice & Data Support Specialist, you'll work closely with our Patient Service Backoffice Team and Patient Success Managers, helping keep our systems running smoothly and our data accurate. Day to day, this means:

• Reviewing and organizing data in Google Sheets
• Researching and correcting clinic contact details using internal tools and online research
• Updating records in our CRM (Salesforce) and keeping clear notes on your work
• Lending a hand with other admin tasks across the team as needed

It's a role where you'll learn CRM and data tools from the ground up, with SOPs and guidance to support you along the way.

About You

• Highly communicative in English (ideally C1 level or upwards)
• Comfortable with the basics of Google Sheets/Excel (formulas, filtering, formatting)
• Detail-oriented and enjoy keeping things organized and accurate
• Happy to follow structured processes, with a flexible, can-do attitude
• Currently enrolled as a student

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous experience with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
• German language skills
