As a Background Check Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions to help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact an organization's operations and objectives, developing business strategies to effectively manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment.

You will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and uphold professional standards. You will focus on building relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, anticipating the needs of your teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Comparing and validating CVs/resumes against candidate-provided information.

Detecting potential fraud indicators within employment history and verification results.

- Identifying inconsistencies, fabricated employers, suspicious domains, or unverifiable points of contact.

- Assisting with assessing and triaging background screening flags and other verification concerns.
- Implementing risk management frameworks and standards to enhance internal controls
- Collaborating with stakeholders to navigate complex regulatory requirements and provide risk management solutions
- Engaging in crisis management and business continuity planning to minimize operational disruptions
- Applying enterprise risk management principles to support organizational objectives
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
