About team
The privacy and security team of ByteDance is committed to building a configurable and easy-to-use platform to manage all data of ByteDance internal systems to meet global and ever-changing privacy & compliance requirements. We provide easy to use services mainly to: all R&D personnel, legal teams, data protection teams, etc. within ByteDance.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for design and development of the privacy compliance platform, providing compliance solutions to address ByteDance’s unique business needs in compliance;
2. Identify the compliance risks in a globally distributed architecture, combine privacy protection algorithms, security tools, development process and other tools to provide technical solutions;
3. Research the cutting-edge progress of compliance, explore feasible solutions to address compliance pain points, and continuously drive the evolution of architecture.
