Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join our ever-evolving enterprise software engineering team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

• Develop and maintain application code.
• Perform unit and integration testing with both internal and external systems.
• Participate in solution design and technical discussions with the team.
• Take part in Agile ceremonies and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience as a Software Developer, with at least 2-3 years of software development experience.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, C/C++, and/or Free Pascal (considered a plus), working in a Linux environment.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• English proficiency for reviewing technical documentation and interacting with users.
• Availability to work from the office at least three times per week. The office is conveniently located near Morumbi-Claro Station on the Line 9-Emerald commuter rail line.

It’s a bonus if you have

• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and working practices.
• Experience working closely with Architecture leadership to enhance and evolve the platform.
