Experience operating, setting up, and troubleshooting Herrmann Ultrasonic Welding Equipment.Strong knowledge of Ultrasonic Welding and Riveting Processes, including process parameter optimization, validation, and quality controls.Hands-on experience with LPKF Laser Welding Systems, supporting process development, production troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.Experience with KEYENCE Laser Marking Systems, including programming, validation, process monitoring, and traceability requirements.Ability to support production lines by identifying root causes of process-related issues and implementing effective corrective actions.Experience participating in new product launches (NPI), process industrialization, and manufacturing technology transfers.
Advanced English proficiency.3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive or electronics industry.
Experience in Factory III manufacturing processes, including:
Plastic molding processes
Laser welding
Ultrasonic welding
Overmolding
Laser marking
Experience supporting project launches and new product introductions (NPI).
