IONIX External Exposure Management protects enterprises’ external attack surface from cyber risks and increases security team efficiency by providing tools that shorten the time to discover and prioritize exposures. IONIX reduces the exploitable attack surface by discovering every internet-facing asset, assessing dependencies and connections, and validating exploitable risks to prioritize remediation of critical, impactful exposures. IONIX reduces alert fatigue, streamlines the process for resolving alerts and ensures that they reach the right team. IONIX is looking for an experienced Backend Engineer, to join its Tel-Aviv office as part of the Platform team.

• Take part in developing the world’s leading ecosystem-security solution

• Lead key projects, addressing security, scalability, and performance challenges
• Collaborate with engineering and business leads across the company to define milestones and deliveries on very short time frames for new functionality to be added to existing systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years overall experience in software development
• Deep knowledge and proven experience with Python - a must
• Proven experience overseeing end-to-end development and deployment of complex production web applications in highly scalable cloud environments - advantage
• Experience with SaaS, serverless solutions and microservice architecture
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Hands-on experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgresSQL - advantage)
• Experience with Django Framework– advantage
