What you'll do

This is a backend first role with exposure across Platform, DevOps and Data Engineering.

  • Build and scale backend services using Go and Rust.
  • Own production systems from design through to deployment.
  • Build and optimise scalable cloud infrastructure with Kubernetes and Terraform.
  • Contribute to data platforms powered by ClickHouse.
  • Help evolve our architecture as we continue to scale globally.
  • High ownership and autonomy from day one.
  • Work across backend, infrastructure and data engineering.
  • Build technology operating at significant global scale.

What we're looking for

You'll thrive here if you:

  • Proven experience designing and building scalable backend systems, distributed architectures, and microservices.
  • Enjoy owning systems end-to-end.
  • Are comfortable balancing feature delivery with operational excellence.
  • Have exposure to cloud infrastructure or DevOps.
  • Love solving complex technical problems at scale.
