Build scalable backend services, APIs and microservices using .NET and C# for Musafir’s B2B travel technology platform, with a focus on reliability, security and transaction processing.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional backend development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core, preferably .NET 6/8 or later.

• Strong experience building REST APIs and microservices.

• Good experience with SQL, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.

• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

• Experience with Entity Framework Core or equivalent ORM.

• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, dependency injection and SOLID principles.

• Experience with API security, authentication, authorization and secure coding practices.

• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.

• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• AWS, RabbitMQ/Kafka, Docker, CI/CD or Redis experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using .NET and C#.

• Build and maintain microservices using clean architecture and SOLID principles.

• Design efficient data models and queries across SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Develop integrations with travel suppliers, payment systems and enterprise APIs.

• Implement authentication, authorization, validation, logging and exception handling.

• Build reliable and secure transaction-processing services.

• Collaborate with Product, Business Analysis, Frontend and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end.

• Optimize API performance, database queries and overall service reliability.

• Investigate production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews and unit testing.

• Follow Agile development practices and contribute to continuous product improvement.
