In this role, you’ll:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend services that integrate AI/ML capabilities into our products
• Build clean, maintainable, and reusable code with a focus on scalability and performance
• Develop and optimize APIs that power AI-driven features
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to connect user-facing experiences with AI-enabled backend logic
• Implement and improve distributed systems and data pipelines
• Work with LLM APIs (OpenAI, etc.) to build intelligent workflows and automation
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and architecture discussions
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and backend best practices

Your Profile:

• 3–5 years of experience as a backend or full-stack engineer, with exposure to AI/ML integrations
• Solid programming skills in Java (Spring Boot) and familiarity with Python for data processing or AI integration
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or BigQuery) and writing efficient queries
• Comfortable working with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and CI/CD tooling
• Understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and microservices
• Interest or experience in building AI-enabled products (e.g., OpenAI API, fine-tuning models, prompt engineering)
• Strong communicator able to explain technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to contribute ideas and improvements
