Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned business and operational initiatives from planning through execution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions.
• Support the development and improvement of processes required to scale a fast-growing quick-commerce business.
• Analyse business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, technology, operations, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-impact projects.
• Track key performance indicators and use data to support decision-making and prioritisation.
• Identify operational gaps, customer pain points, and opportunities to improve the overall experience.
• Contribute to building repeatable systems and workflows that support business growth.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high execution standards.
• Take initiative in solving problems and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
• Continuously experiment, learn, and improve processes based on business and customer feedback.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced startup, technology, ecommerce, quick-commerce, consulting, operations, product, or related environment.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take initiatives from concept to execution
• Comfortable working in an early-stage environment where priorities and responsibilities can evolve quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
