Requirements

As a Software Development Engineer, you will collaborate closely with product teams, business leaders, and, most importantly, customers on the ground. You will gain a deep understanding of the problem, develop your own perspective, and address it with engineering precision. You will take full ownership of the problem from start to finish — from comprehending the user's needs to delivering the solution and observing its impact in real-world scenarios. We appreciate engineers who prioritize fundamentals, enjoy exploring concepts in depth, think critically about why a specific approach suits a particular problem, grasp trade-offs thoroughly, and can justify their decisions through first principles reasoning.
