What You Will Do
- Design and implement scalable backend systems using Python to streamline insurance workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize existing codebases for performance and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain APIs that support various applications and services.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the deployment and monitoring of backend services to ensure high availability.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, primarily using Python.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience with API development and integration.
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred
- Experience with AI or machine learning technologies.

Compensation and Benefits
