Job Description

We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our Smart Mobility R&D team at Pango. This is a great opportunity for developers with around 3+ years of experience to grow professionally while working on large-scale production systems. You will work as part of a collaborative engineering team building scalable backend systems for smart mobility solutions, alongside Product, DevOps, and QA.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain backend services using Python and .NET on modern cloud platforms.
  • Take part in designing and developing scalable, production-grade backend systems
  • Collaborate with Product, DevOps, QA and other engineers to deliver reliable solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code, and participate in code reviews.
  • Use AI tools and agents to improve development workflows and productivity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS – advantage).
  • Understanding of REST APIs and backend service architecture
  • Experience using AI tools to improve development productivity (e.g., code assistants, LLM-based tools, or development agents).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
