Job Description

For our growing global Cloud practice, Deloitte is looking for an experienced Cloud Architect & DevOps team lead!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems and infrastructure services.
  • Own complex components end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing strategy, deployment, and production readiness.
  • Drive engineering excellence via design reviews, code quality standards, testing discipline, and operational best practices.
  • Mentor developers and help scale team capability through coaching and technical leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, Security, and QA to align delivery with roadmap, reliability, and compliance needs.
  • Shape and execute on the technical roadmap, balancing delivery speed with long-term maintainability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of backend development experience.
  • Proficiency in Go, .NET (C#), or Python
  • Experience with cloud-native development and containerization ( Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Comfortable working in Linux environments.
