HIRING POSITION: Backend Developer -Junior to Senior Levels (Open to Thai Nationals Only )

WORKING CONDITION: On-site and Hybrid with Future 4-day work week

LOCATION: BANGKOK, THAILAND (MRT Accessible)

PAY RATE: UP TO THB 150000

We are in search of dynamic and motivated Backend Developers to enrich our team! As a pivotal member, you'll have the chance to engage with diverse technologies, with the potential to delve into the realms of Erlang and Elixir, welcoming individuals keen on learning.

Responsibilities:

• Craft, develop, and sustain resilient and scalable backend infrastructures utilizing established languages and frameworks.
• Deliver clean, comprehensible, and well-documented code in adherence to industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Actively participate in code evaluations, offering constructive insights to enhance code quality.
• Keep abreast of the latest backend technologies, integrating relevant advancements into our systems.
• Formulate and execute unit and integration tests to ensure code integrity and operational functionality.
• Investigate and resolve intricate issues in live production systems.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency in a backend programming language such as Java, Python, Node.js, or similar (Preferred: 3 - 7+ years).
• Solid grasp of software development fundamentals including OOP principles and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Exposure to API development is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and command-line utilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and debugging aptitude.
• Effective communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Ability to thrive both autonomously and within a team environment.

Bonus Points:

• Prior exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Huawei, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies.
• Eagerness to explore and learn new programming languages, particularly functional paradigms like Erlang or Elixir.
