Backend Developer
to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our CTO and contribute to the core infrastructure of a product set to scale rapidly.
Role Overview
As a Backend Developer at JinAds, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems. Your expertise in
Go (Golang)
and
AWS
will be critical in ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of our services. You’ll work closely with our CTO and cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready code and build robust APIs that drive our products.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using
Go (Golang)
Build, test, and scale RESTful APIs for high-performance systems
Architect solutions that are clean, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices
Manage cloud infrastructure on
AWS, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security
Collaborate with the CTO and broader technical team to define and deliver project goals
Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges across the backend stack
Requirements

Proven experience with
Go (Golang)
in production environments
Strong understanding of
AWS services
– including deployment, infrastructure management, and cloud-native design principles
Solid experience in
API development, including authentication, versioning, and performance optimization
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git)
Proactive and self-motivated – able to take ownership of tasks and deliver with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
Nice to Have
Experience working in fast-paced startup or ad tech environments
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
Understanding of monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)
