Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with 7-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade backend applications and APIs. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in C#/.NET, Python, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and database technologies. The role requires building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems while collaborating with architects, product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
• Develop robust APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API and Python frameworks.
• Build and maintain microservices-based architectures.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Integrate applications with external systems, APIs, and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application performance and reliability issues.
• Participate in technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD and automated deployments.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver business solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software design principles and design patterns.
• Experience building scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with cloud-native application development on Azure.
• Experience with AI/ML integrations using Python.
• Knowledge of data engineering and ETL pipelines.
• Experience with serverless architectures (Azure Functions/AWS Lambda).
• Exposure to Generative AI, OpenAI, or Azure AI Services.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring teams.
