We're looking for a brilliant, curious, and proactive Mid-level or Senior Backend Developer.
You’ll help design and build services that deliver outstanding user experiences. You’ll take full ownership of your role and contribute actively to crafting high-quality products.
Backend development: You’ll master the server-side with Node.js (and Express), integrating both internal and external APIs like a true code ninja. Solid knowledge of JavaScript and ES6+ (TypeScript is a plus) is essential, along with experience in RESTful APIs (bonus points for GraphQL).
Database management: Your natural habitat? PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL. You optimize databases to make them fast, secure, and always ready to perform.
Security and performance: You implement best practices and ensure your code stays performant—even under heavy traffic.
Experimentation: We never sit still. You’ll get to experiment with new technologies and stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends.
Advanced accessibility: Accessibility isn’t just a buzzword here. You’ll ensure everything we build is truly usable by everyone—no one left behind.
Passion for code: You have strong backend skills and at least 3 years of experience creating infrastructure that works—really works.

Knowledge of Java or Python (the more languages you know, the more superpowers you have).
Experience with Firebase and its services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions).
Familiarity with accessibility testing tools (like Lighthouse or Axe).
