Functieomschrijving
De Back-up Supervisor CAR-T Cryopreservation ondersteunt de dagelijkse aansturing en operationele activiteiten binnen het centrale Cryopreservatiecentrum (cCPC) in Beerse. In deze rol fungeer je als rechterhand van de Supervisor en combineer je leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheden met actieve deelname aan het productieproces als Medical Technologist. Je draagt bij aan het voorbereiden en cryopreserveren van patiëntmateriaal voor CAR-T therapieën, terwijl je tegelijk toeziet op productiviteit en naleving van GTP/GMP-richtlijnen. Bij afwezigheid van de Supervisor neem je het leiderschap op de werkvloer over en zorg je voor een efficiënte, kwaliteitsgerichte en veilige werking van het team.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€52.000,00 - €82.685,00
