We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support the smooth and efficient functioning of day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative abilities, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel and Documentation. This role is suitable for candidates with 0–5 years of experience who are comfortable handling data, maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams.

As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining business-related data and documents while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates. You will work closely with different departments to support operational activities and ensure that records, reports, and documentation are properly maintained.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day back-office and administrative activities efficiently.
• Enter, update, verify, and maintain data in Excel sheets, databases, and internal systems.
• Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, trackers, and other operational documents.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is properly documented and organized.
• Handle documentation, including preparing, reviewing, filing, and retrieving important records.
• Create and maintain Excel reports using formulas, filters, sorting, formatting, and other relevant functions.
• Ensure data accuracy and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect, verify, and update required information.
• Maintain digital and physical files in an organized and easily accessible manner.
• Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Assist in managing internal trackers and operational databases.
• Follow established processes and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Handle confidential information responsibly and maintain data security.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding pending tasks, updates, and documentation requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing administrative and documentation processes.

Must-Have Skills

MS Excel

The candidate should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be comfortable working with spreadsheets and large volumes of data. Knowledge of basic Excel functions, formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting, data validation, and report preparation is required. The ability to organize and analyze data accurately will be an important part of this role.

Documentation

Strong documentation skills are essential. The candidate should be able to create, maintain, organize, and manage business documents and records efficiently. Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation are highly important.

Required Qualifications

• 0–5 years of experience in back-office operations, administration, data entry, documentation, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong documentation and record-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in data entry or administrative operations.
