Back Office Agent & Academic Advisor (Spanish Speaking)

Salary: R8,000 per month + performance-based incentives

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, bilingual Back Office Agent & Academic Advisor to support an RCIC-registered immigration office specialising in Canadian study permits and visa applications. This dual-function role combines administrative immigration support with academic advising for international students pursuing education opportunities in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Back Office & Immigration Support
- Assist the RCIC office with the collation, preparation, and verification of visa application documentation
- Ensure all client files are accurate, complete, and compliant with submission requirements
- Support clients throughout the immigration process with professionalism and confidentiality
- Track application progress and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Maintain organised digital records using CRM and cloud-based systems
Academic Advising & Student Placement
- Guide clients through academic planning for Canadian study permit applications
- Identify suitable institutions, programmes, and pathways aligned to client profiles
- Assist with compiling academic portfolios and application documentation
- Manage school applications from submission through to issuance of LOA
- Maintain ongoing communication with institutions and clients to ensure application progress
- Achieve a minimum target of 4 Letters of Acceptance (LOAs) per month
Minimum Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (non-negotiable)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building ability
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong administrative and documentation management skills
- Analytical and research capability
- Advanced computer literacy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and CRM systems
- Confident, professional, and client-focused approach

Advantageous Experience
- Background in immigration, legal, education consulting, or regulatory environments
- Experience working with international students or study abroad applications
- Exposure to Canadian education systems or visa processes
