YOUR MISSION:

To ensure the physical movement of repaired products out of the Technical Center, ensure that all the information is correctly recorded, the status match the pre-defined policy and fulfill the service standards and procedures as required.

Organize products securely sealed and handover for transport.

Organize used parts collection, categorization and returns.

To follow Procedures, the Richemont CS directives and ensure products are always handled in a secure and compliant way ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Final aesthetic control process:

  • Conduct final visual/quality inspections of repaired products
  • Verify repair work, client requests, quotations, and billing requirements are aligned
  • Check product information and service documentation for accuracy and consistency
  • Apply relevant Maison policies, service standards and procedures to final inspections
  • Identify discrepancies or issues prior to delivery and coordinate appropriate follow up actions

Final commercial control process:

  • Manage the operational process from repair completion through final delivery
  • Prepare final invoices and client related documentation
  • Maintain and process service-related documentation and records
  • Prepare repaired timepieces for delivery, including sealing and handover to relevant departments
  • Manage replaced spare parts generated from completed repairs in accordance with internal procedures

Cross-functional communication process:

  • Liaise with technicians and other relevant stakeholders in case of discrepancies both physically and systematically
  • Coordinate and follow up on issues identified during the service process concerning faulty or damaged products
  • Provide accurate information regarding repair status, service details, and product information

Reporting & Operations Management:

  • Prepare monthly service reports and maintain relevant data
  • Manage and order operational tools, equipment, and supplies
  • Maintain accurate operational records
  • Support continuous improvement of service processes by identifying recurring issues and operational opportunities

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of experience (entry-level considered)
  • Strong English literacy
  • Outstanding computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly. Prior experience with SAP is preferred but not necessary
  • Flexibility, able to work as part of a team as well as on your own
  • Fast reaction and able to prioritize
  • Open minded regarding projects and changes
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to work independently and take personal ownership, whilst being able to work as part of a team
  • Efficient and organized with good time management skills
  • Customer Focused with a ‘Can-do’ positive approach
