【Background / Position Overview】

The Yonezawa Factory manufactures high‑quality semiconductor packages for automotive applications.

As we prepare to launch new products in the coming years, we are actively driving technological innovation, including the introduction of new materials and advanced equipment.

With the pace of global development accelerating, we are seeking talent who can effectively coordinate new product development and lead development projects to successful execution.

This role offers the opportunity to work on industry‑leading technologies—such as high‑reliability packages for automotive and IoT applications—and contribute to the creation of products that support the foundation of next‑generation technologies including AI and automation.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Promote and drive new product development activities
• Provide technical support and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Support product line launch and transition from development to mass production
• Lead initiatives to improve process quality and yield
• Support development of new materials and new manufacturing technologies
• Collaborate with global engineering teams and customers on technical issues and joint development projects

Qualifications

【 MUST】

・2+ years of experience in semiconductor assembly or packaging process development

・Knowledge of reliability evaluation

・Proven track record in process optimization, equipment introduction, and quality control

・Degree in engineering (mechanical, materials, electronics, chemistry, etc.)

【WANT】

・Experience in material development for semiconductor package

・Experience in process enginiering development

・Experience in LF, BGA substrate design

・Experience in making drawing using CAD

・Familiarity with ISO/IATF quality systems
