ArianeGroup GmbH in Lampoldshausen is looking for a Bachelor-/ Masterthesis in the field of - Development of an automated test rig for electrical performance tests (m/f/d) for the department JLOM7 – EP Integration & Test.

Your main tasks and activities:
During development and acceptance testing, flight components to be delivered to the customer as well as test equipments like test harnesses need to be subjected to electrical performance & health check testing. The tests shall be conducted following a fixed procedure and test sequence. Following the test, a test report needs to be created. The test results shall be stored in a data base. Currently theses tests are performed in manual labor and shall be automated in order to increase the reproducibility (eliminate operator influence) and to reduce cost. Following types of measurements need to be performed among automatically others: Resistance/continuity; High voltage/Insulation; Frequency dependent Inductivity; Capacity, Quality factor.
